Payment and/or co-pay is expected at the time of service.

Out of pocket cost for Individual sessions are $120 per session or billed to insurance.
Substance Use Evaluations are 3 hours in duration are $375 for the complete evaluation and are not billed to insurance companies.

We work with most insurances such as Aetna, Allways, AM Better, AmeriHealth Caritas, Anthem, Beacon Health, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cenpatico, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, NH Healthy Families, Optum, TriCare, Tufts (Commerical Plan ONLY), United Behavioral Health and United Health Care. PLEASE NOTE that we are not in network with Tufts "Public Plans". If you are unsure if we are in network with your insurance, please call and confirm with your insurance that we are in network.

Please note that there will be $25.oo charge for all returned checks. If you have a deductible or health savings account, you must pay all fees up front and get reimbursed by your insurance company.
