Elizabeth Palladino
LICSW
Elizabeth Palladino received her Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Boston University, and is licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). She has experience in the child welfare system, working in a wide variety of roles. In private practice, Ms. Palladino specializes in issues related to trauma, depression and anxiety, particularly around life changes and transitions. Treatment is designed to assist in improving behavioral and emotional control, while addressing issues of past/ current trauma and ongoing life stressors with the goal of minimizing feelings of anxiety, distress and to improve daily and life functioning. Ms. Palladino has been conducting trauma evaluations and parenting capacity evaluation for the Department of Children and Families through Children's Charter of Waltham, MA. for twenty years. She is currently completing these types of evaluations through Alliance Counseling and can accept Committee for Public Counsel Services funding.

LICSW, LSCW, MLADC, LADC1
Kristen Welch received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as well as a Master's Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) and specializes in individual therapy, EMDR, and the treatment of substance use disorders, including LADC Evaluations. She provides individualized care for individuals experiencing substance use concerns, co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health challenges. LADC Evaluations are scheduled on Fridays via telehealth and provide comprehensive assessments for individuals seeking professional evaluation related to substance use concerns, including court-related DWI/DUI matters.
